PAT Testing

PAT Testing

Portable Appliance Testing is the electrical safety testing of portable electrical equipment. It consists of a visual inspection and various electrical tests carried out using test equipment. Appliances that have passed the equipment are deemed to be safe to use until the next test date. A sticker is attached to the equipment indicating Pass or fail and next test date.

Floor Plan

Floor plans are a valuable tool for homeowners, and estate agents, in helping to sell or rent out a property. In our opinion, a floor plan is the most important piece of property marketing resource for both commercial and residential properties. It is the first detail that a potential buyer, leaser or investor will carefully study, a floor plan is an essential property marketing tool, a fire regulations document and office space planning, to name just a few uses.

Gas Safety Certificate

Gas Safety Certificate

Legal obligations regarding gas safety certificates include ensuring all gas-related equipment provided to tenants or employees is safe. This involves regular inspections, necessary repairs, and obtaining a gas safety certificate. The process includes examining appliances, pipework, ventilation, and flues for damage, conducting performance tests, and taking remedial action. To obtain a gas safety certificate, you can rely on professionals who will visually inspect appliances, pipework, and flues, ensure proper ventilation, test flue flow, check flame failure devices, and identify any signs of unsafe operation.

EICR

An Electrical Safety Certificate Report, known as EICR, assesses an electrical installation for damage, defects, and hazardous conditions. EICRs are typically required every five years or at the start of new tenancies. Qualified electricians, registered with ELECSA, NICEIC, NAPIT, or Gas Safe, can issue Electrical and Gas Safety Certificates to verify the proper functioning of electrical components and gas appliances. Safety Certificate provides qualified electricians in London who conduct visual inspections and comprehensive tests to ensure the safety of wiring, sockets, and electrical systems.
